This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all registrations, bookings, and payments made through Elisyan India Pvt. Ltd. for conferences, meetings, workshops, events, and related services.

Registration Terms & Conditions

• Registration will be confirmed only after receipt of the full payment.
• Registration confirmation will be based on the date and time of receipt of payment.
• Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to the event secretariat or the official contact email provided for the event.
• Refund requests will be processed after the completion of the event and refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 15 days after the congress/event.
• All bank charges, payment gateway charges, currency conversion charges, and administrative fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• The refund percentage and cancellation deadlines may vary from event to event. Participants are advised to refer to the specific event cancellation policy and cut-off dates published on the respective event website.
• Payments may be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, or any other payment method provided on the registration portal.
• A payment gateway processing fee of up to 3.5% may be applicable for payments made through Credit Cards or Debit Cards.
• For international transactions, the actual amount charged may vary depending on exchange rates, taxes, and banking regulations applicable at the time of transaction.

Banking & Transaction Disclaimer

"We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time."
